Meet the Treasury Team

Tina has been in the banking industry for over thirty-five years, thirty of those years at West Shore Bank. Tina is the Treasury Management Sales Officer and assists commercial and municipal clients in finding solutions to their banking needs. Working for a community bank has always been important to Tina, because of the impact that West Shore Bank has on the community. Tina helps local businesses through a variety of treasury management tools and years of experience that allows clients to grow businesses and retain employees.

Serving the community through volunteer work is important to Tina, as she currently serves on the Lakeshore Food Club Board. Tina lives in Ludington with her husband Steve of over 36 years and has raised two sons: Travis, an Air Force Veteran and Eric, a GVSU graduate. Tina loves to spend time outdoors in her flower gardens, taking relaxing jeep rides and spending time with family and friends.

Noah Windbacher brings more than 15 years of banking experience to West Shore Bank where he serves as Assistant Vice President of Treasury Management.

Noah’s experience in the business banking space allows him to work with each business individually to find the proper solutions that best fit their needs. He can assist clients to improve their efficiencies and cash flow while making sure they are operating in a secure manner. Noah is a Traverse City resident with 3 children who keep him very busy through coaching and volunteering in their various activities.
