The promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. Contest rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Michigan law, excluding choice of law provisions. Receiving the prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

West Shore Bank is not responsible for personal injury of any prize winner incurred in connection with the use of their prize. Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry. No more than the slated number of prizes will be awarded.
