West Shore Bank is excited to announce the lineup for this summer’s fourth annual Rhythm and Dunes community concert series which will take place Saturday, July 25 and Saturday, August 1. This season’s featured acts are The Long Run – Experience The Eagles
and Britain’s Finest, The Complete Beatles Experience
. Both free shows are set to take place at the Waterfront Park Pavilion in Downtown Ludington beginning at approximately 7 p.m.
Since their debut in 1999, The Long Run – Experience The Eagles
has earned its place among the top-drawing tribute acts in North America and is widely regarded as the finest Eagles tribute show working today. They are known for their lush vocal harmonies and exceptional musical accuracy. Each performance by The Long Run
delivers a reverence for the beloved Eagles studio recordings coupled with their signature live concert energy. The Los Angeles musicians play an enormous catalog of Eagles classics, reminding us all why the Eagles are an unforgettable part of rock history. The Long Run will be performing on Saturday, July 25.
Britain’s Finest, The Complete Beatles Experience
, is one of the most authentic Beatles tribute bands to emerge in the past 20 years. Based out of Los Angeles, they have gained national and international attention with their hauntingly accurate recreation of all iconic eras in The Beatles history. With note-for-note renditions of The Beatles’ classics and amazing stage performances, including extensive costumes, this tribute to the Beatles has won over concert-goers world-wide. They will be performing on Saturday, August 1.
The crowd excitement has grown each year with an estimated 8,000 – 10,000 music fans attending last year’s concerts. West Shore Bank is the leading bank supporter of cultural and economic development in the community and the concert series positively supports the efforts of the Chamber of Commerce, the Visitor Bureau and local merchants by attracting visitors to the area. Not only does the Rhythm & Dunes events offer a great opportunity for local families to enjoy music and a fun night out, the event raises funds for music programs at local area schools. Last year’s event raised over $5,500.
