IMPORTANT DATES

August 28 - September 8
Online Bill Pay will not be available starting at noon on Friday, August 28 through 9 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8.  All payments scheduled on or before noon on Friday, August 28 will be paid through Friday, September 4.   Payments scheduled to occur between September 5 – 7 will not be paid until Tuesday, September 8.  Plan ahead and schedule any bills that are due between September 5 – 7 to be paid prior to Friday, September 4 to avoid possible late fees.

September 3 - September 8
Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, TeleBank, and Business Cash Management will be unavailable beginning at Noon on Thursday, September 3.

Saturday, September 5
Extended drive-up banking hours offered at our Ludington-East, Scottville, Manistee-South and Hart branches from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.

September 5 - 8
Access to your funds may be limited during our upgrade.  We recommend preparing for any additional cash needs prior to Saturday, September 5.

Monday, September 7
All of our branches are closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Tuesday, September 8
System Enhancement complete. Internet Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking (including Mobile Deposit), TeleBank, Merchant Deposit Capture, and Business Cash Management will be available beginning at 9 a.m.

To assist you and your banking needs during this transition, we will offer extended call center hours.  Please call 231-845-3500 or 888-295-4373 for additional help.

  • We will be available to assit you and your banking needs by phone on Saturday, September 5, from 8:30am - 7:00pm.  On Sunday and Monday, September 6 and 7, the call center will be available from 9:00am - 2:00pm.
  • Extended drive-up banking hours will be available on Saturday, September 5, from 8:30am - 3:00pm at the following locations:
    • Ludington East Office, 5725 W. US Highway 10
    • Scottville Office, 107 W. State Street
    • Manistee South Office, 306 Cypress Street
    • Hart Office, 4070 Polk Road
  • To answer questions about our new services, we will also offer extended call center hours from Tuesday, September 8 through Friday September 18.
