West Shore Bank is pleased to announce that a portion of the vendor proceeds raised from the inaugural Rhythm & Dunes Summer Community Concerts event will be donated to the music programs at area schools. Following the great success of Rhythm & Dunes, the Bank is thrilled to extend the impact of the event to three deserving Mason County schools – Ludington, Mason County Central and Mason County Eastern Schools. In addition to the vendor proceeds, West Shore Bank added additional monies to enable donations totaling $1,500.00 to these schools.
West Shore Bank would like to thank the broader west shore community for coming out to enjoy the Rhythm & Dunes concerts and for making the event such a success. The Bank would also like to extend a special thank you to the business supporters of the event who helped to make the music program donations possible. Together with Dave’s Dogs, House of Flavors, The Sunset Side, and Pizza Hut, the Bank presented their donation to the school music programs on Thursday, September 6.
“Rhythm & Dunes was a music event,” said Raymond A. Biggs, President and CEO of West Shore Bank, “so it seems fitting that we give back to the music programs at our local schools in support of the students’ gifts and talents. We’re thrilled with the response the event received from the community and are grateful to our business supporters for their generous donations. We are very excited to see how Rhythm & Dunes will grow in the future.”
